Chris Rynning led a “REMIND BREATHING SESSION” which started with warming up the diaphragm and stimulating both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system needed for cognitive and physical performance. Followed by a Wim Hof inspired breathing session, boosting the immune system and ability to transport oxygen throughout the body of all the attendants. Before and after the ocean “ice” bath, Chris led a “haka/gong-fu” inspired “horse stance” to warm up the core of your body.
